1. Introduction

Welcome to World Class Education! By accessing our website and services, you agree to these terms of service.

While we use reasonable attempts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the content and materials on our Site (worldclass.international), to the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any of the content. The content may be subject to change without notice, and we do not undertake to keep the Site up-to-date. The content is factual information only, is not comprehensive, and is for general information purposes only. We also do not warrant that access to the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses.

2. Definitions

  • "Service" refers to World Class Education Ltd's website and services
  • "Site" refers to worldclass.international
  • "User," "You," and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this Service
  • "World Class Education", "Company," "We," "Our," and "Us" refers to World Class Education Ltd, a registered company in England and Wales (company number: 16550898)
  • "Terms" refers to these terms of service

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

4. Refund Policy

You may request a refund for any service purchased from World Class Education only if no part of the service has been delivered and within fourteen (14) days of the date of purchase — whichever comes first. To request a refund, please contact us at support@worldclass.international with your order details. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our internal procedures and any applicable laws.

5. 'Perfectionist' Personal Statement Packages

5.1 Scope of Feedback

If you have purchased the 'Perfectionist' personal statement review package, you are entitled to unlimited edits and feedback for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, or until the date you submit your application, whichever comes first. Please note that you may not submit the exact same version of a personal statement more than once for review.

5.2 Postgraduate Feedback

For postgraduate applications, you cannot submit personal statements for more than one course within a single 'Perfectionist' personal statement review package.

E.g. if your first few reviews are for MPhil Economics at the University of Cambridge, and then you submit a personal statement for MPhil Finance and Economics at the University of Cambridge, we cannot include this new personal statement under your existing price plan.

5.3 Undergraduate Feedback

For undergraduate applications, you cannot change the subjects for which you submit personal statements within a single 'Perfectionist' personal statement review package.

E.g. if your first few reviews are for Economics, and then you switch subject to Psychology, we cannot include this new personal statement under your existing price plan.

5.4 Breach of Terms

If we suspect that you are doing any of the above, we reserve the right to discontinue your service.

6. User Account

If you register an account with us, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • Restricting access to your computer and account
  • Accepting responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

If we believe you are sharing your account, we reserve the right to terminate your access to our Site.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, we own or license the Service and its content and all intellectual property rights (including any copyright, registered or unregistered designs, illustrations, artwork, patents, trademarks, logo rights, and domain names) displayed or used on the Site.

7.1 Restrictions on Use

You must not:

  • Copy or use, in whole or in part, any of Our Intellectual Property
  • Reproduce, retransmit, distribute, display, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast, or circulate any of Our Intellectual Property
  • Breach any intellectual property rights connected with Our Intellectual Property, including altering or modifying any of Our Intellectual Property, causing any of Our Intellectual Property to be framed or embedded in another website or platform, or creating derivative works from Our Intellectual Property

7.2 Limited Permission for Social Media

You may publish or repost our content on your social media, provided that:

  • You do not claim ownership of the Content or Our Intellectual Property
  • You do not claim endorsement or approval from us
  • You do not damage or misuse our reputation
  • You comply with all other terms of these Terms

8. User Content

When you create, upload, post, send, receive, store, or otherwise make available any content, you retain your intellectual property rights. However, by making your content public, you grant us a worldwide licence to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable laws
  • To harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate others
  • So as to tamper with or modify the Site, knowingly transmit viruses, or use programming routines that may damage or interfere with the Site
  • To send unsolicited electronic messages to other Users
  • While using data mining, robots, screen scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Site
  • While facilitating or assisting a third-party to do any of the above acts

10. Third-Party Sites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Unless we tell you otherwise, we do not control, endorse, or approve, and are not responsible for, the content on those websites. If you purchase goods or services from a third-party website linked from the Site, the third party provides the goods and services to you, not us.

We may receive a benefit (such as a referral fee or commission) should you visit certain third-party websites via a link on the Site (Affiliate Link) or for featuring certain products or services on the Site. We will make it clear by notice to you which (if any) products or services we receive a benefit to feature on the Site or which (if any) third-party links are Affiliate Links.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, World Class Education Ltd, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or exemplary damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our service
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the service, and/or
  • The defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party

This limitation of liability does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.

We respect your privacy and understand the importance of protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy sets out how we will collect and handle your personal data.

13. Discontinuation of the Site

We may, at any time and without notice, discontinue the Site (in whole or in part) or exclude any person from using our Site or Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date of these terms.
